My Morning Routine

Over the years, I’ve refined a morning routine that sets the tone for a productive and balanced day. I usually begin by drinking a glass of water to rehydrate, followed by ten minutes of stretching. This small ritual wakes up my muscles and clears the lingering heaviness of sleep.

After that, I sit quietly for a short meditation. Focusing on my breath helps me approach the day with calm and clarity. Only then do I check emails or messages, as I find it’s important not to overwhelm myself right away with digital distractions.

My mornings are also incomplete without a light breakfast—usually oatmeal with fruit or eggs with toast. This combination of mindfulness, movement, and nourishment allows me to approach work with a clear mind and steady energy.
